Bunker Hill-Quincy Market-NE Aquarium

One of our final activities when Matt & Emily and the boys were here was spending the day in Boston. We tried to do some things we hadn't done before and had a great time.

We started the day off at Bunker Hill. Isaac thought it looked like the Washington Monument (he's a huge monument fan) and was excited to go see what it was all about. G-Man fell asleep on the way. We weren't sure if we were going to wake him, and then he just woke up.

It was very, very cold. Probably would seem warm after this weekend we've had...

After Bunker Hill, we went to lunch at Quincy Market and then planned to walk to the New England Aquarium. Because it was Thanksgiving weekend, the tree was up in Quincy Market. We were pretty excited - we'd never seen it before.

The dads waited in line for tickets to the aquarium (which is crowded on Thanksgiving weekend) while we went inside to stay warm. I decided to pass the time tormenting G-Man by taking pictures. Notice how he doesn't look at me most of the time these days...

We had a great time at the aquarium. I had been with Diggity to the IMAX theater to see the U2 movie, but had never been to the actual aquarium. G-Man LOVED it and I think we'll start going more regularly from now on. I'm excited he's getting old enough to enjoy all the fun things we can do in Boston.

Love all the cool stuff to do in Boston. It's such a cool city! Just a little cold for me these days. Love your pics as always... need your skills for some Richards family pics sometime.
