This is What Happens...

...when you don't apply sunscreen evenly to your son's face.

Why, yes! I am an awesome mom! :)

Sheesh.

Luckily, it was gone by the next day. I thought he was breaking out in hives or something. Then I remembered that I sprayed my hands with the sunscreen spray and wiped it on his face. We'll use lotion in the future.

His Grandma would ALWAYS use lotion--I'd NEVER let anything like that happen to him. (You know I'm just kidding. He's such a cutie--and that I'm not kidding about )

Sunscreening faces is such a PAIN!! Don't feel bad. They don't come with individual, itemized manuals (I wish they did), so we have to learn as we go :)

That is too funny. Josh has 8 fingerprints on his forehead from where he applied his own sunscreen yesterday.

ahh, you of the fair skinned persuasion. i have been so uptight about sunscreen, hats etc, and then realized my kids don't burn. they have intensely olive skin. i still do it, but i don't have to freak out. poor g-man. those are some good splotches.
