I couldn't put the book down and finished it the afternoon it came from Amazon. The author is charming, beautiful and funny and I love her blog as well.

So, I've now read Ann Dee's book -- This is What I Did. It was really great -- it was so real. And I must say I was surprised at how much I related to this awkward teenage boy -- and all of the silence. Thanks for telling me about it!
